Terms and Conditions

Approved retailers access our exclusive online wholesale catalogue directly through their account. Prices are subject to change without notice. Shipping costs and applicable taxes are calculated per order and per location.

Minimum opening order: $300 CAD

No restrictions on pieces, colours, or styles — order what works for your space. All order details, payment information, and shipping logistics are
handled via email. An active email address is required for all accounts.

Minimum reorder: $200 CAD

We encourage regular reorders to keep your display fresh. Our collections are updated seasonally, so there's always something new to bring in.

In-stock items: dispatched within 2-3 business days.

Low stock or temporarily out-of-stock items: dispatched within approximately 2–3 weeks. You'll be notified by email with details.

After trade shows: due to order volume, lead times following trade shows are communicated individually by email. We'll always do our best to meet your requested timeframe.

All major credit cards are accepted. Shipping and applicable taxes are calculated and added to your order, communicated via invoice prior to
dispatch. We reserve the right to select the shipping carrier for each order. Please add a note at checkout if you have a carrier preference.

Please inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives.

Contact us within 10 business days of receipt to report any goods damaged during shipping. Damaged items must be documented with photographic evidence. Eligible damaged merchandise will be replaced at no additional cost.

Returns after 10 days where no damage has occurred are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the retailer.

We are not offering consignment arrangements at this time.

Product samples are not available free of charge.
