Shipping
We ship across Canada and the US.
Canadian packages will be shipped with the following options:
1. Canada Post lettermail for $5.00 (3-14 days)
Please note that any order shipped via Letter Mail has no tracking or insurance. This means that if it gets lost or damaged, Hello Lovely or Canada Post are not responsible in any way for replacing your order.
2. Canada Post regular parcel for $18.00 (3-14 days) which includes tracking and insurance.
US packages will be shipped by standard service with a tracking number. USPS Standard shipping includes insurance (5-8 days) and varies from $12-20 depending on location.
Please contact us if you need to expedite your shipment; we can definitely arrange alternate shipping options for you.
Processing Times and Details
As our jewelry is handmade, please allow for 3-4 business days (excluding weekends) for orders to be made, packed and fulfilled. My team will be in touch with you in cases where we may require more time.
Prior to packing your order, each piece will go through 2 - 3 precise inspections by different members of our team in order to ensure your order has zero defects or damage.
If tracking has been selected, you will receive the tracking number via email once it has been shipped.
Returns and Exchanges
We will gladly accept exchanges or returns from our online store or from in-person events for store credit within 7 days of receipt. All items must be unworn and in new condition, with original receipt or order number provided.
No refunds for sale items. All sales on markdown products are final.
We will gladly accept exchanges for any current designs (available on our website) if you received Hello Lovely jewelry as a gift, purchased from one of our stockists, or no longer have your receipt. All items must be unworn, in new condition.
There is a 50% restocking fee that will be charged and deducted from the exchange credit amount. Please understand that these items are sold at supply cost, and as such we are unable to credit the full purchase amount.

Materials and Care
Cork is a lovely material, and in the event your earrings or necklace get dirty, gently wipe them with lightly diluted soap and a soft cloth, and dry with a clean tea towel. Do not immerse in water or use scouring powder.
In order to prolong the life of your favorite pieces, please avoid wearing them during swimming, exercising, showering etc.
We strongly recommend our customers take care of their pieces when worn daily. While we love working with sterling silver and brass, they can tarnish and will require some light polishing from time to time using a polishing cloth. Or simply enjoy the natural patina that develops for a whole new look.
All hooks, chains and components are either sterling silver or solid brass. Everything is completely nickel free.
